In response regarding wine bottling at your premises, herewith an indication of our basic prices. Please find a list of basic requirements for the smooth running of the bottling.

Prices exclude VAT. Accounts are due on 30 days from bottling.

  • Bottling                                              51c per 50ml bottle (R2 000 minimum if small order)
  • Filtration                                            R560 per set of filter sheets
  • Transport                                           R11/km to and from Technofill Stellenbosch Depot
  • Inkjet printing                                    3c per bottle
  • Membrane filtration                           4c per bottle
  • 'RoPP" Screw Cap                                5c per bottle
  • Sheath Cap                                         15c per bottle
  • Cork No charge
  • CO2 "Sparge'                                      5c per bottle
  • Labelling                                            24c per bottle (R1 500 minimum if small order)
  • Labelling Transprot of labeling unit: R4.50/km to and from Stellenbosch Depot.

(Client to supply unless alternatively arranged):

  • 32 Amp, 3-phase power with a neutral.
  • Water connection with clean water and good water pressure (1.2 to 3 Bar).
  • 8 to 9 labourers to assist with bottle handling.
  • Forklikft (or similar) with driver/operator for moving empty and full bottles to and from the unit.
  • "Work area and surface:flat and solid with enough space arond an 8 ton vechile to allow for forklift and pallets movement.
  • Packaging: Client needs to supply empty bottles, corks, boxes, bins and pallets as needed.

  • The wine shoud be protein-, microbioligically as well as cold stable. (Preferably not colder than 14 C).
  • The wine should be clear, and should have undergone pre-filtration. Additional filtration will be for the client's account.
  • The client needs to decide on final friltration: specifications for such to be passed on to Technofill so that we may bring the appropriate filters with. (Prices for such as in quotation).
